I have been a licensed Esthetician in Alaska for 8 years with experience in makeup
and the spa industry for almost a decade, and am in the process getting my instructors license.
While living in California, I worked as an educator for one of the most advanced Cosmeceutical companies in the world. While freelancing and educating, I gained a love for ingredient knowledge and was educated about the good vs. bad within cosmetics.

I started COR Cosmetics in 2006 with the intention of creating a line and working with manufacturers who's main focus was using ingredients that won't harm your skin yet will also look fantastic in photography. I take pride in traveling between cities to meet and train with others in the industry and keep up to date on the latest and greatest in Esthetic I myself am a 2009 Bride and know the excitement yet the stresses we all endure. I absolutely LOVE being a part of a Bride's day! Although I enjoy doing make-up for anything and everything, I would have to say being with a Bride on their day is something I truly cherish and is the BEST part of my job!

I have been involved in the spa and beauty industry here in Alaska for 7 years. I received training from COR Cosmetic's years ago and am currently one of the top sellers at trade shows! I had been working as a "freelance" Make-up Artist for a couple of years when I decided to get my Esthetician's license in the State of Alaska in order to advance my business.

I currently am employed with Allure Day Spa & Hair Design in Anchorage. During my career in makeup I have been privileged to be involved in commercial shoots, local fashion shows, Bridal Shows, numerous formal occasions and weddings. I have also received formal training from an alternative Mineral Make-up company and one of the top Spa skin care lines available. This summer I plan on participating in the IECSC show in Las Vegas, taking on-going courses in both makeup and advanced skin care. I am passionate about not only doing fantastic makeup applications but also taking the time educating myself in the latest and greatest in Cosmetics. I know how important it is for a client to look and feel their best!

I have had an interest in makeup for as long as I can remember so to further pursue my passion I decided to go to Esthetician School just this past year. I have been selling COR Cosmetic's at the shows and fairs for a couple of years now and find the line to look fantastic in photography, especially Wedding photos. I have worked on various fashion shows in Anchorage and have done a few commercials as well. I find my specialty to be with the more funky or dramatic makeup looks yet I can balance that with a beautiful bridal look as well.

I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Minnesota in 1999 which is considered one of the top hair academies in the United States.
My specialty would be in corrective coloring but my passion is edgy & easy to wear cuts.
I've worked with hundreds of Wedding parties throughout the years both big and small, I love creating an individualized creative look for each of my clients. I can travel statewide and beyond to do makeup for events, I even flew to Mexico to do Amber's Wedding updo this past winter. I am experienced in costume and stage makeup and have also worked backstage with pageants, on commercials and also various fashion shows in Alaska.

I have been a licensed Hair Stylist in the State of Alaska for 5 years specializing in color, edgy cuts, bridal updos and 2 types of hair extentions. The looks I create range from simply beautiful to show stopping amazing!

I currently work in my studio location (3105 Lakeshore Drive Suite 101) but will also travel to your location on your Wedding Day or special events. I have worked on fashion shows, modeling portfolios, art/fashion layout shoots, many Weddings and am the Official Sponsor of Performing Artist Brook Faulk. I can do also do hair AND makeup for smaller Wedding parties! I know how tough it can be to find a stylist you can be comfortable with, I pride myself in growing within my profession. I LOVE creating a beautiful look together that meets YOUR needs, especially on your Wedding Day!
